John Macari, Trustee

Born and raised in New York City and is a Retired NYPD Lieutenant. He served just shy of 18 years. During his tenure with the NYPD, he served in many roles such as Patrol, Pct Conditions, Anti-Crime, Field Intelligence, and Internal Affairs. and Facilities Management. While serving in the Rank of Lieutenant, John was assigned as the Integrity Control Officer that oversaw the NYPD’s 200 plus facilities that operate on a 24/7 basis. Regarding NYC’s vaccine mandate, John was denied a religious exemption for his held religious beliefs as well as he was denied a medical exemption in which he cited his antibody exam that formed from his previous infection of COVID-19 that he contracted in the line of duty and was forced to take early retirement. During his career, John affected over 100 arrests as well as assisted and supervised over 1000 without incident. He won several awards for his service to the city of New York. John was a highly rated employee and was never the subject of discipline. He now lives and runs a small business in FL, hosts a podcast, and has appeared on FOX News, Children’s Health Defense Network as well as being a guest on several podcasts trying to bring light to the evils of the mandates as well as giving a rational unfiltered perspective and voice to the law enforcement community.
